Vegas Baby
Just as I had figured, I could not sleep for anything last night. The excitement is more than I can handle. I looked at the clock at 3:48 AM and figured I should just get up because the alarm was going to go off in 10 minutes anyway. I got up, brushed my teeth took a quick shower and packed the car. After letting the dog out I took my vitamins and out the door I went, 4:20AM! And now I am writing you from the airport. I will be boarding in 10 minutes; actually they are calling me now so I must run I will write more later I am back and now in Charlotte. Unfortunately I could not get a direct flight for a reasonable fare. I had a funny experience this morning. I made it to Charlotte and found a Starbucks (surprise surprise!) and this guy was leaving as I walked in. He stopped and said to the girls working at the Starbucks, never mind I think I will stay (while looking at me). I was flattered but the look on the women’s faces was priceless. They were so mean to me from that point. The man worked at the airport and saw me later at the terminal. He told me what they had said about me when I left. He had complimented me on my physical shape and choice of clothing. The women had all said “she must be a stripper” and she looks bitchy. Stood up for me and said “actually she is really nice and has a great personality.” Pooy on them and thank you to my mystery friend at the Charlotte airport. Women are so damn mean, what is the problem with women being so mean to one another? Anyhow I have a story for you about what happened once I arrived in Vegas. I will tell you the rest tomorrow. We are getting ready now for the Moulin Rouge lingerie party so I will write more in the morning.
