I just got back in the room from getting my coffeeJ Yes they have Starbucks in Toronto! I got a great night’s sleep and I am ready for what the day brings. It is going to be a tough and challenging day for one reason…..the success of the day is TOTALLY up to me. I know it sounds weird but I will explain later. Motto for today, just let go and let it happen. Indeed that phrase can be used in many circumstances but today it is non-sexual. LOL!

I am off to get a workout in and then prepare for study. Have a wonderful day and I look forward to chatting and catching up next week
