Are there any Dr.’s In The House?
The realization that I am totally out of shape has been a real downer, LOL! OMG I am so sore. There are actually not even words in the English language to describe the pain I am in. That said, it is worth every minute. We spent the past 72 hours on Norris Lake in TN playing on jet skis and tearing up the lake in my friends kick ass jet boat. We played and played and then played some more. I knew I was sore but could not stop myself and now I am suffering. The term “pain in the neck” has never been more real and alive as it is right now. I am sitting here typing with a bag of frozen peas on my neck. I would laugh at myself but that would hurt my abdominal muscles.
I hope everyone had great weekends. This one…though I am in pain now, was much needed and an awesome family and friend bonding experience. My little Princess was tearing up the lake with me. I was grinning so hard while on the jet ski with her my cheeks even hurt. When she told me to go faster it was a moment of truth, this is indeed my little angel. A babe after my own heart. A thrill seeker ready to experience all that life has to offer her. Of course her Mommy will have her covered in head to toe Armour, LOL!
